Applicants must have proven success at developing a restaurant business and a comprehensive understanding of management functions to optimise profitability and effectively control operating costs. Applicants should also have a minimum of 3 years (depending on position) restaurant manager experience in a high turnover environment with annual net sales in excess of £1m.

A commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service and food quality is also essential, as well as an ability to demonstrate 'fanatical' attention to detail. Applicants must also understand, and be committed to, people development and training whilst taking a high profile visible approach to managing the restaurant.

Chefs - all areas

Your role will include assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen whilst running your own station. You will be a competent individual with strong all round skills allowing you to work within any section. A minimum of 1 year experience is essential.

Candidates should also have a sound understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. They must also be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. Flexibility is key for this position as is a desire to succeed in your chosen profession.

Due to recent site acquisitions and further expansion plans, we are currently looking for skilled Head Chefs with kitchen management experience to join our team.

Applicants must have proven success at developing a restaurant business and a comprehensive understanding of management functions to optimise profitability and effectively control operating costs. Applicants should also have a minimum of 3 years (depending on position) restaurant manager experience in a high turnover environment with annual food net sales in excess of £1m.

Applicants must also understand, and be committed to, training and buiding skilled kitchen personnel to optimise potential. A high profile visible approach to managing the kitchen will be required.
