| Restaurant Management - all areas Applicants must have proven success at developing a restaurant business and a comprehensive understanding of management functions to optimise profitability and effectively control operating costs. Applicants should also have a minimum of 3 years (depending on position) restaurant manager experience in a high turnover environment with annual net sales in excess of £1m. A commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service and food quality is also essential, as well as an ability to demonstrate 'fanatical' attention to detail. | Chefs - all areas Your role will include assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen whilst running your own station. You will be a competent individual with strong all round skills allowing you to work within any section. A minimum of 1 year experience is essential. Candidates should also have a sound understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. They must also be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. Flexibility is key for this position as is a desire to succeed in your chosen profession. |
